Roshni provides legal advice to ALOKI on matters such as Contracts, Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property and other legal matters.
Rosh was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2014 and to the High Court Register of Practitioners in the same year, entitling her to practise in any Federal Court in Australia.
In 2014, the idea was born out of a conversation between Zaver and Roshni about her part-time experience as a tutor during her university days. Roshni was a highly sought after maths tutor on the Northern Beaches, and is very passionate about helping others excel in their education endeavours.
Roshni helped Zaver with early concepts of ALOKI and setting up the company in 2017.
